Have you ever longed to write a letter you never sent - perhaps to your younger self, someone from your past, or to express emotions left unspoken?
Join acclaimed author and tutor Dr Sian Prior for a two-hour workshop exploring the therapeutic and creative potential of letter writing. Discover how letters can reveal truths, heal wounds, and leave lasting impressions.
Through real-world examples from published authors, you’ll learn how to craft meaningful, memorable letters of your own.
Dr Prior is the author of Shy: A Memoir and Childless: A Story of Freedom and Longing (shortlisted for The Age Book of the Year) and teaches at RMIT’s Professional Writing and Editing course. She brings decades of experience as a writer, journalist, and ABC broadcaster to this inspiring session.
No prior writing experience needed - just bring a pen, paper, and an open heart.
