Parking

The main car park behind Chelsea Library offers 4-hour parking spaces. There is also one express parking space (15 minutes) at the rear of the building. Access is via Chelsea Road.

Disabled Parking/Accessible Parking

2 accessible parking spaces are available near the library entrance on Chelsea Road.

Another accessible parking space is available in the main car park at the rear of the library building. Access to the building is via Chelsea Road.

Return chute

Returns can be made to Chelsea Library anytime of the day using one of the external return chutes located to the left of the Chelsea Library building entrance.
