Cheltenham Library Closed

Cheltenham Library will be closed for electrical works from Monday 13 to Friday 17 July. During this time, the return chutes will be closed and there will be no access to the library. All other Kingston libraries will operate as usual. The nearest libraries are Highett Library and Parkdale Library.

Collection management policy

The Collection Management Policy identifies and communicates the long- and short-term collection goals and policies of Kingston Libraries. It aims to provide a general framework for the development of all collections.
