Creative and Learning Strategy

  • Creative and Learning Strategy 2026 - 2030(PDF, 16MB)

The Creative and Learning Strategy provides a shared vision for creativity, learning and cultural participation in Kingston.

Recognising the important role that arts, libraries, events and lifelong learning play in building connected, resilient and thriving communities, the Strategy outlines how Council will support opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to create, learn, connect and belong. Through collaboration, innovation and inclusive experiences, the Strategy will help shape a creative and curious Kingston for everyone.
