Our Draft Creative & Learning Strategy 2026-2030 is now open for community feedback, bringing together arts, events and libraries under one shared vision for the first time. 

Shaped by ideas from more than 1,600 community members, the draft sets out how we’ll support creative expression, lifelong learning and meaningful community connection over the next five years. 

From accessible and welcoming spaces to diverse programs and opportunities for local creatives, the strategy is all about making Kingston an even more vibrant place to live, learn and create.
