Spring into September School Holidays

Kids can enjoy a huge range of free activities across the school holidays, from pirate-themed storytimes, craft sessions and movie screenings to hands-on workshops in sewing, cooking, robotics and creative design.
Young makers can create felt finger puppets, macramé keyrings, embroidery wall hangings, decorated bird feeders, wooden scrapbooks and mini sea creatures, while budding engineers can explore STEAM challenges and robotic cars.
There are also plenty of drop-in activities for families, including lucky dip crafts and STEAM play sessions, plus special events featuring local author Sarah Speedie, a Winnie the Pooh themed storytime and creative workshops for teens.
Designed to inspire creativity, curiosity and learning, the School Holiday Program offers children and families countless opportunities to connect, create and have fun at their local library.
