January kicks off with live music from the iconic Orlando Combo — yes, live music in the library! Shark lovers won’t want to miss a fascinating talk by Professor John Long, and crafty creatives can get hands-on at our loom weaving workshop.

In February, we celebrate Chinese New Year with author talks and calligraphy sessions, enjoy Library Lovers Month, and meet author Toni Jordan.

Artists are invited to submit their best cover design for What’s On, and readers can share their favourite reading snap for a chance to win in our Summer Snaps competition.
