Learn traditional West African rhythms and songs, with each participant playing a djembe drum.

No experience needed.

These sessions promote mindfulness, wellbeing, teamwork and connection, while offering a fun physical activity. Led by expert facilitators, it’s an uplifting cultural experience of rhythm, movement and community.
