About the TEDx Talk ‘The Amazing Way Bicycles Change You’

Anthony Desnick shares his personal journey of overcoming a terminal illness diagnosis (Crohn's disease) through consistent, low-intensity cycling. He highlights how, despite initial weakness, regular riding—combined with minor lifestyle adjustments—radically improved his physical health and mental well-being. The talk frames the bicycle as a transformative tool that changes individuals and communities for the better.
