Hip-hop dance is an exciting and energetic cardio workout that appeals to people who enjoy moving to the beat.
Participants will play fun dance games and learn dance routines, which are broken down and taught step-by-step.
At the end of the session the group will be able to perform their dance routine and feel a boost in self-confidence!
Please note, no food or drinks (other than water) are to be brought into the class area.
