Kanopy update

Kanopy is updating its security, and you may have been logged out. If this happens, please follow the following steps.

On the Kanopy website

1. Go to www.kanopy.com and log in to your Kanopy account.

1. Select the menu button  in the top-right corner and go to My Account > My Libraries.

1. Select Re-enter your login information under the library name.

1. For public libraries, enter your library card number (and PIN, if required).
   For university libraries, enter your university credentials.

1. Select Save.

On the Kanopy mobile app

1. Tap More.

1. On Android, tap My Libraries.
   On iOS, tap Memberships.

1. Tap the library membership you want to reactivate.

1. For public libraries, enter your library card number (and PIN, if required).
   For university libraries, enter your university credentials.

1. On Android, tap Continue.
   On iOS, tap Verify.

If you receive an error, please reach out to your library or university for help.
